BMIHMS courses include a Bachelor of Business degree with two specialisations, International Hotel & Resort Management or International Event Management. Our Postgraduate courses include a Certificate and Master Degree in International Hotel Management.
- The Bachelor of Business degree courses are completed in just 2.5 years with the Master in 2 years. Students can also choose to undertake a double undergraduate degree by completing an additional 8 units of study. (24 weeks)
- Blue Mountains courses integrate lectures, seminars and tutorials each academic semester, with rigorous practical training. Students learn discipline, teamwork and leadership skills as the staff of a fully operational, simulated hotel at the practical learning centre, Leura Campus. Students then spend their 3rd year at the modern purpose designed Executive Business Centre, Sydney Campus.
- All BMIHMS courses include industry placements. Undergraduates complete two, placements for six months each, and postgraduates completing one six months placement. Students have the opportunity to select to complete these within Australia or internationally. Industry Placement provides invaluable experience and adds solid work experience to a graduates CV, while building their network of professional contacts.
